David, Junior, Danielle and team were amazing. It was my first time having our home damaged by a hailstorm. I called the insurance company and was overwhelmed by the process and selecting a contractor. I've heard horror stories of fly by night contractors. We got lucky that Danielle and her team were working nearby, approached me while I was outside and asked if we were affected by the storm. We had a great conversation. They offered to come out when the insurance inspector was going to evaluate the damage to make sure they wouldn't miss anything. David walked with the claims adjuster every step of the way and made sure he noted everything we needed. David stayed the whole inspection, free of charge, with no commitment that we would use Roofing and Renovation Concierge (now Concierge Construction) for the work. If David wasn't there with me we wouldn't have been approved for all the damage. The adjuster was trying to only cover one side of the roof. David pointed out the damage was across the whole roof. They got my insurance to cover all damages. The team did a super job with all the repairs and finishes.
